About Gliding Images

Gliding Images is a platform for gliding photographers to display and sell their work. We aim to supply on the best images, whether as a print or licensed digital image for commercial usage.

We think that by working together with trigger happy photographers, and there are lots around in gliding, we can create something special that reflects the unique nature of our sport and makes us all proud to be associated with Gliding Images.

Our aim is to create a high quality shop window for gliding images, where anyone who has captured a cracking shot can share it with anyone who wants to find top images of the sport.

About our photographers

Our photographers have taken some fantastic pictures! A few are professional photographers, but most are amateurs. All our photographers receive commission every time you order their work.

All products offered on the site, from the images to the prints and anything else we develop will need to meet high quality standards.

Neil Stuart Lawson & the White Planes picture co.

With thanks to Neil’s parents, we are fortunate to have access to the library of The White Planes Picture Co, the legacy left by Neil Stuart Lawson. The proceeds generated from Neil’s work will be used in the furtherance of gliding with a focus on young people, in keeping with the spirit of Neil’s life. At the moment we are donating these proceeds to The Caroline Trust.
